3. Your AI Content
All content you generate using PandaiBot AI tools is owned by you.
However, by using the Platform, you grant Marz Technology & Trading a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from any content you generate, upload, or store on the Platform, for the purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Platform and its services.
You acknowledge and agree that all AI-generated content is produced by third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by companies including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and other AI model providers accessed through OpenRouter. Such content is subject to the respective terms of service, usage policies, and content policies of those LLM providers. It is your responsibility to review and comply with such third-party terms.
We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or non-infringement of any AI-generated content.
You assume full responsibility for any use, distribution, publication, or commercialisation of AI-generated content.

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate PandaiBot:

We may process data in other regions where our service providers operate (USA, global CDN)
By using PandaiBot, you consent to data transfers outside Malaysia where necessary to provide the service
We comply with applicable data protection laws including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)
8. Your Rights
Under the PDPA and applicable laws, you have the right to:
Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
Portability — Request your data in a commonly used format
Objection — Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
Withdraw consent — Opt out of non-essential data processing at any time

Exercising your rights does not entitle you to any refund of credits or payments already made.
Deletion of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to deletion.

9. Data Retention
Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active
Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by Malaysian law
AI conversation history: Retained until you manually delete it or close your account
Server logs: Automatically purged after 90 days
10. Children's Privacy
PandaiBot is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via:
